Came here on Friday to get my tracking done on my Red Audi RS3 8P & the lads were excellent. The service provided was amazing! After my tracking was done, I got told that my front passenger side tyre would need changing in the future but how Proffesional the staff were, i decided to get both of my front tyres replaced and the deal they gave me for two brand new tyres was absolutely unbelievable!!! would definitely use Alba Tyres Again, 10/10 service!!!!!
Great service today from Billy and the team at Protyre Bradford. Great price on a full set of all weather tyres and no problem fitting our 7.4m motorhome. The job was all completed in just over 80 minutes. Thanks to all the team.
Absolutely apauling service and verbal abuse! Went to get all 4 tyres changed which where done. A day prior the car had maintenance work done to it and nothing of that tyre was touched. Took it to these clowns who damaged my threads as it was noticeable when the fitter kept on drilling the wheel back onto the hub. Rung back an hour later explaining this. Manager was put on the phone who verbally abused and kept using the F word. Which is very shocking for a so called professional business. Avoid these rude rip offs.

Booked 4 new tyres through black circles. The garage rang me as soon as I'd booked saying the time slot id booked was really busy and could I come an hour later-absolutely not a problem at all. When I arrived they explained they were busy however I expected a wait so I wasn't bothered and if been informed on the phone to allow 1-1.5 hours. Mick and the young man who fitted my tyres were so friendly, polite and helpful and went the extra mile. They showed me some general wear and tear they'd discovered and when to expect to need to get the work completed. Cannot fault the garage at all, I'd happily take my car here again.

Came here for the first time to get my wheel alignment done, paid online just to get the front wheels done. As soon as I walked into the reception, I told the guy at the till what I came in for and he said in a abrupt way “btw we don’t do the back wheels, you’ll have to get them done somewhere else”, I said that’s fine never asked as I only paid for the front 2 anyway and knew what I was going to get. Upon further inspection he said the back 2 are out of alignment from the manufacturers specification and said we can do the back 2 wheels and camber. I said to him you said you couldn’t do the back wheels and now you can? It’s not really a good look when the first thing you hear whilst walking into the reception, is we can’t do the back 2 wheels you’ll have to take them some place else, not really selling the business/garage in the right manner. The person working on my car said it’ll cost me an additional £80 to get the back wheels and camber done, bearing in mind I already paid £34.99 for the front 2 and other competitors I called and asked for their prices before coming here such as Kwik Fit and ATS charge £95 and £74.99 respectively for a 4 wheel alignment with camber. It just seemed like the person threw any random number at me and it would have cost in total £114.99 to get a 4 wheel alignment done at this backstreet garage, what a rip off! I said to him give me a couple of minutes to think about it within seconds he said “oh I’ll just leave doing the back 2 and just do the front 2”, I was shocked that he spoke to me in such an abrupt and disrespectful way, making a decision on my behalf. Also it wasn’t even busy so don’t know why he was rushing. Imagine the amount of people these guys are conning, I know a bit about cars and did my research beforehand in terms of a wheel alignment and what other garages are charging currently within the market but these guys charging me an additional £80 total 114.99 is a joke! I honestly thought the guy was joking Also the person old bald grumpy man that dealt with me is rude, abrupt and disrespectful! He clearly hates his job and isn’t happy! Prior to coming here I did read the reviews and others have said the staff are disrespectful and rude…I should have listened to them! If you wanna get conned and spoke to in a disrespectful rude way then by all means come here, if you respect yourself enough go somewhere else!
Excellent service at this branch. The whole team were very efficient and I was very satisfied with the work carried out. I would recommend others to visit Alba Tyres for competitive rates and good service.

Booked online for my MOT which was easy to do. Got a phone call from the manager on the day to confirm everything. Unfortunately the MOT tech was away but they didn’t mess around and used another garage located nearby, took my car there and brought it back. Staff were friendly, helpful and straight talking which was a nice change. I’d definitely be using this garage again and I’d definitely recommend after my experience today!
