Had my eyes tested last week. Very thorough examination. All issues explained to me. Good relaxed atmosphere. Plus a very good range of frames. Staff very helpful and friendly.

I went to Tynedale Eye Clinic initially for Contact lenses and asked about glasses on my second visit. Ross the Optician is very thorough and knows what he is talking about both for lens and glasses. Gemma is really helpful and I had a pleasant experience.Everything was explained to me and I would definately recommend them to friends.

Staff were lovely with my son and made him very relaxed and comfortable
