Alasdair Rhind directed my mother's funeral. With all the compassion of a brick to the face. Completely lacking in all professional courtesy. No interest in remembering the names of family members or even if he'd met them. Ridiculously late to appointments at the house and generally no interest in people. The man doesn't deserve the one star.
I would like to thank Alisdair and his staff for the excellent service and support my family and I received following the sudden death of my partner. I couldn’t have received better. He was kind, patient, very informative and provided an excellent ceremony for Gary Bisset, which was in line with our wishes. I would strongly recommend him to anyone who needs such support. Thank you again Alisdair and staff.
