Super fast service and has spent 10 minutes on the phone with me completely free of charge so that I can try to fix the problem with my boiler myself as he is flat-out. Genuinely knowledgable professional who has been running on a good reputation for years.

I have used Alans Heating service for the last few years. I called Alan on Thursday morning as the night before my hot water and heating had packed up - by 4.20pm Alan was at my door and had fixed the problem by 5.15pm. It is amazing there are still professional trained people around who come with a smile and answer all your questions. I am especially pleased you never feel ripped off or worried - everything is explained and costs broken down. I would definitely recommend Alan and will be having him back in a couple of weeks to fix another problem. I really hope Alan doesn't retire in the next few years
