We hired Alan for our office warming party following a recommendation, and have to say he was fantastic. Staff members were still raving about his performance on Monday morning! Alan is clearly not just an excellent close up magician, but also a great entertainer and performer, to small groups as well as the larger audience. I and everyone in our firm would highly recommend him.

Alan is absolutely brilliant. I booked him for our corporate Christmas party despite some scepticism from my colleagues however we were totally blown away. The thing where he makes a wine bottle go through the table was incredible! My family booked him for a private party on another date following my rave reviews and again, we were not disappointed. He has a brilliant way of blending in and getting people involved / chatting to each other. He has perfect timing, is very funny and engaging and his tricks are simply magical! Pun intended! He was the talking point of the evening on both occasions - I am still having people mention him to me months later. I would highly recommend him for any corporate / private event and will certainly be booking him again in the future.

We booked Alan to mingle amongst our guests at our wedding reception. I am very pleased to say it was worth every penny. His close up tricks were nothing short of exceptional and there were many squeals of delight and astonishment throughout the afternoon from our confused, bewildered and thoroughly entertained guests. His banter was really funny too. Alan's the real deal, highly recommended.

We booked Alan for our wedding reception in Solihull in April 2014. He turned up well ahead of time and got started as soon as the ceremony was over which over ran; sorry Alan. He mingled with the guests and did his tricks. They were a mixture of card tricks, slight of hand, mind reading type tricks, fork bending and other close up tricks. His close up style is absolute great and he is really funny. His tricks were amazing and your jokes were hilarious. He kept everyone thoroughly entertained and the evening was buzzing with talk of your tricks and the bent forks. He even did a little encore at the top table after we sat down for dinner because my Wife hadn't seen the fork bending trick. We couldn't have wanted any more from a magician for a wedding reception. Would highly recommend for any event such as a wedding, party of corporate event. I can agree with his email footer, he really is like dynamo but cheaper : Well worth the money. Wouldn't hesitate to book again.

My wife booked Alan for my 50th as a surprise! And what a fantastic surprise it was too! All the guests were ushered in groups to a bedroom and told not to tell afterwards! That raised a few eyebrows but judging by the looks on their faces when they came out, he had as equally impressed them as he did me. The tricks were mind blowing, especially the fork bending! How does he do that and right in front of my eyes too! Alan and his show are definitely to be recommended. The tricks he did that night are still talked about I in the pub months later and still no one knows how he did them! Absolutely fantastic!

Alan entertained us and our guests with amazing closeup magic during our Wedding Breakfast 14th August. Admitting to be a little hesitant to book him in the first place; afterwards finding myself thinking how on Earth can I have doubted to do so; so glad we did. Perfect performing to a table at a time Alan's timing to visit each table was perfect and unobtrusive, people striking up conversations on the back of his varied performances - great ice breaker if you have tables with people who do not know each other too well. Alan was booked for my mum's 90th birthday party, performing in a side room to groups of 10-15 people at a time, very close up! I was determined to watch him like a hawk and catch him out or see just how he was doing these tricks, but no, I couldn't do it. Superbly done. Gasps of amazement from everyone. Just don't have any naughty thoughts in your head if you do book him, because he reads minds too!

Alan is completely amazing - he performed at a birthday party I organised and was the hit of the evening - I've received SO many complimentary emails about him. His magic is extraordinary and I hope I get the opportunity to see him perform again. In fact I think I'd like to organise another event just to have him there! Spellbinding .....
