I have known Alan for years And after suffering a bad back and struggling to walk I came to Alan for treatment. I have had other treatments in the past which have always left me in more. But after the first session with Alan I could definitely feel the difference as Alan targeted the areas that were causing me problems and managed to manipulate the muscles into recovery. I would not hesitate to recommend Alan enough as I have always suffered with back pain until now and wished I had booked my self in sooner for treatment. The service is second to none and Alan is very thorough and professional and is very good at what he does.i had never heard of a theraflex machine and never seen one before as all the other physio’s I have been to have never had one.
Over the course of three treatments Alan helped me recover fully from a trapped nerve in my neck which had been a long standing problem that another physio had not been able to help me with. Using Theraflex and massage techniques he also helped me to improve my posture reducing stiffness in my neck and back.
I have been going regularly to Alan for a few years now. I developed sciatica mainly due to lack of excercise and long hours sitting at a desk. Thanks to Alan's sessions and advice, the pain is now under control. Definitely will recommend him for any issues related to back pain and sciatica.
One of the best massager in the UK , so much knowledge about the back. I have been going to Alan for the last 15 year with injures and sciatica. I can fully recommend Alan Green to anyone with back issues , sciatica and other leg issues. Keep up the good work Alan. From Ranjit Gill
