I would highly recommend Alan Cook Removals. Moving just before Christmas was not ideal but the team at Alan Cook took care of everything. From the first day of doing the survey, delivering the boxes, answering my queries on the phone and email, through to moving day. The actual move was quick and very efficient, setting up my furniture at the new property and ensuring I was happy before they left. Nothing was too much trouble and everybody was so helpful. Brilliant service, thank you so much!
Alan cook removals by far the best removal company I've used in recent years. Boys were professional, friendly and hard working. Easy to communicate with the office and administration people. Great service and very competitive price. Would highly recommend.
I used Alan Cook Movers over 7 years ago to move myself. They are now moving my Mother. In that time their excellent service has not changed.
Very pleased with how our move from Suffolk all the way to Norway was conducted. The 'boys' packed the content of our house into boxes and into the lorry all within a day, and it all fitted in that was a worry of mine. They drove up to Norway in 2.5 days where we expected them at our new place and all was unloaded within a few hours. All our belongings had been treated very carefully, nothing was damaged. Efficient and friendly service at a reasonable price. I would always recommend this company.

This was the second time we had used Alan Cook Removals in 4 years and we were very pleased with the service last time so had no hesitation in choosing them again. From first point of contact to the end - the quote, administration, and actual removal teams are all brilliant! A very thorough and efficient service is provided. We had a two day split move this time - one day partly into storage and two days later into temporary accommodation with family. Both teams were very friendly, polite and efficient. Cam and Kyle assisted us on the first move to store and I was on my own that day so was very grateful for their professional approach and reassuring manner. They worked swiftly and methodically checking regularly with me what was to be moved so that all went according to plan. The remaining move into family accommodation was the more stressful of the two days, and the new crew - Terry, Paul and Jonathan were great at keeping the momentum going. They weren't phased when they couldn't get the lorry all the way down the drive of our new address which was a bit of nightmare! They were all extremely polite, courteous and friendly - especially notable with the younger member of the crew Jonathan as this isn't always the case these days. Both crews were very tolerant of our extra large and sometimes very bouncy dog and were all very appreciative of refreshments provided. It was frankly a pleasure to have them move us and make what was a stressful and exhausting time as good as it could be!
