Very helpful staff - it's worth going in just to hear them play for you. They are very knowledgeable and not pushy, my budget wasn't high but I wasn't made to feel uncomfortable and they showed me what was within my budget. I'm deciding what to get but will definitely buy from there.

Knowledgeable, friendly staff. We've been in a few times now and the customer service is always of a very high standard. The lady working today helped me out in store by fixing a small problem on my daughters clarinet, which meant it didn't need sending away to be fixed. I would highly recommend this shop.
