Recently moved back to the area and was looking for a Jaguar specialist for maintenance and services. Was great chatting to Alan who’s clearly passionate about the job. Will be sure to use again.

Took my XJ6 with faulty pneumatic suspension to Alan's after multiple local garages told me they wouldn't touch it. When I handed the keys over he told me he treats all of his customer's cars like they are his own, and that's exactly what he did. Brilliant service form an obvious enthusiast. Now that I've met him I can't imagine using anyone else.

Alan transformed my jag, well pleased, he's a top block and I'd highly recommend

I wandered in to his unit to look at a restored car with my son. Alan came out and spent 30 mins of his time relating his Jaguar passion to us. Highly impressive knowledge and a lot of integrity. Can't wait to use his knowledge to buy my first Jag.

Alan seems like a really nice bloke not just a fitting name! and certainly sounds very knowledgeable when I've spoke to him in the past, he gave some really good buying advice and so I was looking forward to using AC Jaguar services for my cats service and MOT; However before I could do this my Jag unexpectedly broke down with a complete electrical failure and despite several phone calls and messages left they just haven't bothered getting back to me when I could really do with the help, even if it's just to say they're too busy.  I will be using a more local independent and electrical specialist instead for the repair.  I'm aware there's holidays, illness, workload etc to consider but it's just left me feeling a bit snubbed

Allan really knows his stuff. He's a Jag enthusiastic himself so really takes pride in his work. The guys were spot on and I'll definitely be using them again.

Having owned several classic card over the years including several Jaguars I found Alan Carr to be very knowledgable, very competent in all aspects of vehicle repair and restoration, and most of all attention to detail with levels of customer service you can't better anywhere.. Very satisfied customer many times over.

Alan sorted out the brakes on my XF for me. Very pleased with the service and the cost. Recommended.

I have emailed them twice for prices and no one has ever got back to me. I might call in when I am passing which .ay change my rating
