My new review. I did have 5 stars for here. After my recent experience. 3 stars enough. Only reason its getting that. I like the chicken fillet rolls and small cakes and coffee. Everything is priced very much here. I use to order my birthday cake from here and never again. I ordered a 7" round chocolate buttercream sponge cake. I told them no sprinkles and keep the cake plain. My mam collected my cake the 16th March and when i looked at it was very disappointed they added a flower decoration without contacting me or asking my permission. I removed the flowers. When I went to the shop and asked why the flowers were on the cake. This rude woman said well I just thought that you would like it. She then offered to remove it which made it look worst cause it was on the top part the cake. You have to ask the paying customer can you add anything on a cake as I need to know ingredients been used. You actually had no right. I wasn't offered a new cake or a refund. Very terrible service. A staff member cannot just add onto a person's cake cause you like it. It ruined the whole look of the cake taken it off as the rude woman said made it look worst as you could see were they put the decorations. I most definitely never order from here again. No manners for the customers. The cake was ok it wasn't the best could of been done better. I definitely wouldn't order my birthday cake from here never again. It was very messy looking. Staff is very rude. Much more better places to order from that the staff will actually do the cake right. I definitely wouldn't go here again. I don't recommend here to anyone.

I love this bakery, I ordered my birthday cake and was amazing!!! Staff is perfect, very friendly and always helpful!!!

I stopped by on a Sunday lunchtime ro bring a treat up to my relations so hadn't expected there to be much left but I was delighted with the selection available. The lemon drizzle, brownie and rocky road slices that I bought were a great hit. The staff were very welcoming & great for the bit of advice. Can't wait for my next visit. Yum yum!!

I ordered my birthday cake, and they asked me a high value, I agreed, today I had a very sad surprised, the cake was completely horrible, ugly I would say, the decoration stard to fall, it was ridiculous, I don't think who backed that cake is really a chef, him could be everything less a chef, or he was hungry or laze when he was baking it... That's terrible I don't recommend that place for anyone. Please find other place to order your cakes unless if you wanna a very bad cake

Great deli/bakery. Deli food and baked goods are always fresh and staff helpful and pleasant.

A business is not only a  good product,  it is also a pleasant, thoughtful and a polite experience. I've been in this bakery today and they made me feel very bad. I asked for a box for my cakes and the shop assistant told me, quite rudely,  that "there were meant only for cupcakes". I was going to spend a good amount of money in cakes for a present so I was shocked about the answer. I asked her about the difference and begged her again for a box, so she offered me a small one where my icing cakes  arrived completely squeezed,  destroyed and  with a messy presentation for being a good gift. Besides, when I was leaving I asked her for a bag and without even looking at me she literally threw me the bag.  It seems this business is rule for rude, unpleasant and unprofessional people. Do not go there. It's not worth it. Look for another bakery!
