This review of Al-Feena will cover the multiple visits I have been here. As on my first visit, I forgot to make a review and take photos of the place. Visibly Al-Feena is mostly known as a shisha club, but there is a restaurant and bar behind the shisha area. The place is on a elevated level and has some flight of steps to get into the place. From my multiple visits to Al-Feena I can say the staff are friendly and courteous. Their team leader/manager references me as ‘MR NUNEATON’ . As I have told them on my numerous visits, that I’m from Nuneaton. They have offered me if I wanted to smoke their shisha’s, but I kindly told them that I don’t smoke. The restaurant area has plenty of comfortable seating. However, I have came for the food. The food is good, as I have tried the following on my multiple visits: Crispy chicken bites, Deluxe chicken burger, Quarter pounder Angus burger, Cookie dough and Green tea. It is to be noted that they serve lunch from 1pm. If you want to escape from the hustle and bustle of the Leicester city centre in the afternoons, come to this place.
Amazing place. Great shisha. And nice seating. If you like Loaded fries then their loaded fries are to die for! Seriously Heavenly. The hotdog i had wasnt that good though. Wasn't bad but not worth the buy. Otherwise all great.
Relaxing atmosphere and amazing service. Staff were so helpful and attentive, especially Sara and the food was so delicious. Highly recommend!!!Food: 5/5
Nice place, good staff, calm atmosphere. The decor is decent, plenty of flavours to choose from. The shisha was good, I had blueberry and mint. Went well together. Although it wasn't producing enough smoke for my liking. But overall recommended as a shisha cafe.Service: 5/5

Great ambiance. Great service and food is so goood
Service was poor. Selection was poor. Shisha experience ruined for me. They served our dessert in foil. Multiple orders messed up. Will be going elsewhere next time.
Ambience. Service. People. Everything Amazing. Prices are okay but worth giving. Food is really good alongside seesha.
It was one of the better Sheesha lounges and prices weren't a rip off either. However, one of the two sheeshas didn't give off enough smoke and flavour was very mild.Food: 4/5
One of the best lounges for a smoke in Leicester. The staff, especially Hashi and Uwais, are on point. The Shisha is consistently good, and food too.
