I recently visited Al Bader and tried their chicken platter and kubz. The chicken platter, which cost £45, was delicious and came in a generous quantity. The kubz was also good value at £3 for six pieces. However, the experience was tainted by poor service. There was no parking space, which was inconvenient. Once inside, the service was painfully slow. We waited 20 minutes just to get water, and the server seemed to be wandering around aimlessly when we asked for sauce. What really stood out was the discrepancy in service. Middle Eastern customers were attended to much more promptly, which felt unfair and frustrating. Overall, while the food was tasty and portions were ample, the lack of parking and subpar service made the dining experience less enjoyable.
Went with my family and friends! Enjoyed every moment of it! Food came hot very fresh and was absolutely scrumptious service top and atmosphere very cozy! Love this place and recommend for every family!Food: 5/5
Lovely place and lovely food. The waiter Adil was very nice and lively and the restruant also has prayer facilities so it was easy to make Salah. Will come again soonFood: 5/5
The first restaurant satisfied me in Birmingham. Good price, good food, good portion. Both five of us had good time in this exotic restaurant! Nice! Thanks for the service by Omer and Aden. Parking: Better go there in the daytime if you don’t know the area.
Ordered the Lamb Tagine and needless to say - it was very good! Meal was decently priced and a generous portion. Service was quick, and the food came within 10 mins. Also - absolutely love the mention of Palestine throughout the restaurant :. Parking: Visited on a Sunday - you can park directly in the side road on street.
Food was amazing! Staff was really helpful, friendly and caring. The Mojitos was delicious and on point.Food: 5/5
The best shawarma that I’ve eaten in brum! The bread was grilled to perfection, the chicken was slightly crispy, the pickles tasted homemade and not too overpowering/tangy. The restaurant itself is very inviting and the interior is stunning, very reminiscent of Arabian architecture. Our server Yaseen was a lovely man, very accommodating and kind. He even gave my sister extra sauce twice. The rest of the staff also did a great job! I highly recommend this place. The pics don’t do it justice
The hummus and bread were delicious. We tried their chicken shawarma and grilled chicken served with veggie, fries and rice and among them the rice served along with it was flavourful and tasty,we liked the chicken shawarma ,it was perfectly cooked yet tender and juicy but the grilled chicken wasn't upto our expectations even though we ordered spicy one. All the food tasted fresh .Loved the garlic mayonnaise! Mango milkshake was worth the hype
Authentic Moroccan/Lebanese cuisine. Staff was prompt and polite. Loads of Arabian food options for those looking for that.Food: 5/5
