They got the job done , bit disappointed, after repair got car back with a gear oil leak , which we didn't have when the car went in , they had took the gbox out to fix our Slave cylinder, oor clutch pedal had dropped to the floor, they put it all back together with a new dual mass flywheel clutch plate kit new slave cylinder , back at our home went out in the morning , to put the front underneath engine cover back on and found a pool of oil , it was coming from the drive shaft oil seal , and when I took it back down I was charged for the oil seal replacement , I asked why it was not a replacement item at the 1st repair , the guy there said it was an old seal , It would have been better if the seal had been changed along with any perishable or obvious needed replacement sundries when they had it out to start with , charged us another £62 to sort it when it was in again , anyhow its back working again fingers crossed .
Had my car in to get the alloys refurbed and colour change. During the job they noticed cracks in several of the alloys. I was contacted by Chris to let me know and give a price for them to be repaired. The price was very reasonable and the standard of work carried out seems to be of good quality. Quick turnaround only needed the car for an extra half a day to complete the welding. Photos were even provided when I went to collect the car showing the additional damage. I Would recommend these guys for wheel repairs and refurbs.Service: Painting
Got a set of alloys refurbished. Very happy with the quality of finish and at a very reasonable price. FAST turnaround and nice friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.Service: Tires
Excellent service, I had all round discs and pads changed that I wasn't able to do myself as the previous owner of my car seemed to have never changed the discs and they were in a shocking condition. The team at AKM had a hard time with this and rounded caliper bolts but still changed everything to give me almost brand new brakes in extremely quick time and at a very good price! Highly recommend.
Worst attitude I have ever experienced in the garage trade. Came and collected the car for an estimate and I was told it was part of there service car could have been driven down. Vehicle was an uneconomical repair. Asked for the car back then attitudes changed paid £240 for the free uplift just to get the Vehicle back. Went to collect and Vehicle was parked behind there gate right beside another vehicle had to piss about to get it outcar should have been ready to go but because I wanted the car back made it difficult for collection. I don't know why the estimate was so high then told that repair would be 1/3 of the price quoted . I got the vehicle repaired for less than half they quoted again from another garage .

Excellent service every single time. I had three vans there on multiple occasions, from body work, through electrical to accident repairs, and every time the repairs were done swiftly and properly. Excellent customer service too!
Seems to be dodgy garage guy names andrew thinks he knows everything but defo not..kept my VW for ages and asked fortune later on, can’t fixed problems only replacing the parts highly not recommend
