I visited this place on the 31st December 2024 shortly before midnight, I was visiting Windsor from Lincolnshire with my two daughters and we wanted a nice place to dine from for the new years count down. My daughter located Akaya Lounge online and I was convinced as soon as I saw halal and their menu options.nnI opted for the lamb chops, I was so satisfied because I had never tasted lamb chops that well-seasoned before in any UK restaurant .I am African, flavoured food matters to me. Their food lived up to expectations. I was so pleased that my first meal of 2025 was that good, I am a bit superstitious and I honestly believe that was a sign that, the rest of the year will bring good things.nThe atmosphere was great and the staff were attentive and friendly.nnMy only criticism  only because this is The UK and we are a nation of complainers is I ordered my food in 2024 and it got to my table in 2025. Lol a line stolen from my daughter.nOn a serious note, to the lead that night. ‘ please don’t swear at staff in front of diners ’,nnI will definitely recommend this place and I will never stop raving about how good those lamb chops were.nThank you for a great service.

I recently visited a restaurant I found on TikTok. Initially, I thought it might be just another overhyped spot, but it completely exceeded my expectations. The food was fantastic, especially the kofta kebab—it was phenomenal. The flavors took me back to the taste of classic Turkish döner from the '90s, with a deeply meaty, savory profile reminiscent of perfectly grilled steak tips. The hot chili on top added just the right kick to elevate the dish.nnWe also tried the dum biryani, which was rich, aromatic, and full of flavor. Although it wasn’t sealed with dough as I’d expected, it was still delicious. The spices were balanced and customized to our taste, with generous, chunky cuts of meat that made the dish even more satisfying.nnTo accompany the meal, we enjoyed two different mojitos, both refreshing and full of vibrant flavor. The restaurant also has a Shisha Lounge that looked very inviting, and I’m hoping to try it on my next visit.nnOne of the highlights of the evening was the live music. The singer was incredibly talented, adding to the ambiance with soulful performances, and they even took song requests from the guests, making the experience feel unique and interactive.nnTo top it all off, we had the chance to meet the friendly young lady from the viral videos—she was welcoming and added  nice personal touch. Overall, I’d highly recommend this restaurant and look forward to going back!

I booked this restaurant for my daughters birthday party & went there for lunch & food was delicious & presentation was so cool & my kids was pleased & happy too & also that moment was really amazing when they announced birthday girls name through song ..specially wants to thanks Jihan & Aman who served us that day so calmly & well behaved all the time .I can give them 10 out of 10 & recommend everyone who wished for any party occasions.

Visited this shisha restaurant on a birthday. The restaurant was big and located on main road. Parking is limited on street. We were greeted and seated inside the shisha at the back. The restaurant is beautiful with modern decor. I saw it was very busy and amazing vibe with great atmosphere.nWe ordered our food. It was prawn dynamite, turkish starter, biryani, burger, chips and drinks.nFood was lovely and tasty. After the food. I asked a staff for a birthday cake slice with sparklers and they bought it over with enthusiasm with birthday song. It was brilliant and enjoyed it.nWill be going again and defo recommend.nFood 8/10nService 8/10

Had tried the food from this restaurant on Deliveroo and I thought it was very good so tonight I came here with a friend and the food more than lived up to our choice. It was spectacular.  This is probably going to be my go to as choice for an Indian restaurant in the Windsor area. It’s only 10 minutes away from Windsor by Car. They have a vast menu. We tried the Indian but the Turkish the food coming out the kitchen looks fantastic.nThe table staff were also very attentive with a nice family atmosphere within a restaurantnnThe reason the photographs show empty plates is simply I ate them all before I had a chance to think about it nnOnly downside is there’s no alcohol licensenHowever, it doesn’t do me any harm to drink Diet Coke
