1st we booked making sure they accepted taste card, they said yes but on arriving said no, and blamed a breakdown in communication due to language barriers, then said they would "Work something out " we ordered, being the only customers in the restaurant, we hoped for not a long waiting time. It was ok..... anyway, starters arrived, they were so so. Now time for mains, I had Honey Butter Chicken, very nice and as expected, my other half had Lamb Rogan Josh, and basically tasted like Lamb in tinned tomatoes. No spice, no flavour, so explained this to the staff who took the dish away,  basically re-heated it, with a spoonful of chilli, and brought it back out. A few mouthfuls in and he couldn't eat any more. As for the discount...... 10%, when taste card offered 50%.... hmmmm if you no longer do taste card, why is it on your website and taste cards website...... anyway rant over. X

Have been here many times and always been really pleased, however I received the worst takeaway I have ever had. After waiting 1hr and 7 mins on a Tuesday night for it was completely burnt/dry and completely inedible I called the restaurant and was offer 50% off my next meal but refused to replace the order so my wife and myself are left starving and out of pocket. Biggest waste of £30 for two people. Frinton has two Indians that would never allow such poor customer service. Mistakes happen and I completely understand that but customer service is the most important thing a business can have, not replacing an order for a customer who lives 3 minutes away is shocking.

Excellent food. staff aren't all over you and give you all the time you need to eat your courses at your own pace
