Really nice looking modern place.nnStaff are warm and friendly. They are also good and accurate with answering questions.nnUnfortunately as a parent you can watch your child as they place in the jump zone, so quite unfortunate as any parent would love to watch their child having fun.nnHowever there is so much for kids to see and do here. They have a lot to offer.
Made a group booking for 60 kids and had an amazing experience from start to finish. Changed times, catered for allergies, last minute add ons...very helpful every time.
All good but a little more seating on ground floor level would be good as my husband is disabled and when we bring the grandchildren to the inflatable park its difficult
Visited here 28.10.24. Kids enjoyed the facilities....howevernStaff are rude, no happy customer faces here!! 2 young girls in particular, unsmiling, unfriendly, attitude and mannerism to young children completely inappropriate. Young girl working yesterday wearing glasses should not be in a public facing role, not sure who or what she thinks she is, but she should definitely be kept away from public! I don't speak to my children in the same manner yet yesterday I paid a small fortune for her to talk to toung children like dirt, disgraceful. Another staff member was all but snarling at children playing.Pity, kids enjoy the facilities but staff would prevent me returning. Staff definitely need some training and social skills and more thought should.be given to personality when employing.nI only selected one star as you have to, otherwise would be a minus 5!! To add insult to injury I spent over 40 pounds for the displeasure. Avoid, avoid, avoid.nAlso the toilets are filty
We had a great expierence at airtastic Bangor. Our daughter has autism and one of the staff members offered to turn the music down and lights down for her to feel more comfortable and they really made us feel at ease. What a great group of employees. I didn't manage to get the young man's name who I was speaking with but he has dark hair and I'd say he is in his early 20s and is an asset to the company.
