So I think I'm their most unlucky customer, every time I've brought from them there's been an issue with the product, HOWEVER, as a business owner I understand that things can go wrong, and 99 percent of the time they are out of your control, the team at airsoft world dealt with the issues I had promptly and professionally. I will be buying off them again 4th times the charm I would urge anyone to use this business, they look after their customers and do it quickly.
I have bought stuff from them and send up RIF's to be worked on. The team are great and always helpful. ASW is a trustworthy seller and also they carry out great tech work.
Made a return for faulty item which they accepted, refused to give refund, and have ignored every email since for the past year. Never associating with this shady company again.
Terrible customer service, completely ignore emails and questions sent to them. Enquired about a particular replica on their site weeks ago, still no response. Glad I never purchased from them now.
Products are hit or miss, the younger staff members is great,, the older one however is really condescending
