I booked a minibus 16-seater to take a group with various pick up & drop off locations for a social event. I was very impressed with the service and the price. Graham, the driver, was punctual and very friendly and very accommodating. The minibus was clean and comfortable. Will definitely use again. Thank you!
Book this service for 16 seater, great experience from Sean our driver, very friendly, nothing was to much trouble. Great communication throughout booking. The whole experience was easy just how you want it! Will definitely be using again and recommending.
rang up to speak about a driver who had been taken of my sons bus route’ as he had said to the pa “ I bet you would like that down your throat” to be told he hadn’t actually been removed of the run and I may see him again! So I said what you allow men like that to work with kids for her to reply “well he denied saying it” to what I said “o so you believe him then that’s why people like that get away with things “ for her to say ok bye and put the phone down absolutely disgusting behaviour and disgusting communication’ 4 children and the pa reported this incident and he was believed’ protect our kids!!!!! I have had many issues with other things as my son has been getting this home to school for 2 years but never reported anything but this is just not acceptable
Never used them for actual transport but I would never even think about. Every day on the road watching this “Taxi Service” driving impatiently, causing risk to other drivers and quite frankly driving like they have a hit out on every Cyclist they see. Disgusting behaviour from what’s supposed to be a professional business.
We used Petes airlink for a business trip where employee's were being picked up early morning and returned a late evening 2 weeks later. Despite making two separate calls to confirm all pick-up addresses with them beforehand and being reassured that the driver would have these, the driver failed to have any of the additional pick up addresses for both the outbound and return journeys. He then refused to drive down certain roads on the return journey leaving our female colleagues on different roads alone at nearly midnight. The driver was rude and unprofessional. We had an identical experience with this company 2 years ago and decided to go elsewhere but for this trip we thought we'd give them another chance and yet it was the exact same level of awful service. Won't be using again and if you are a business or not, I wouldn't recommend using this company. There are many cheaper and more professional alternatives.
Used the 16 seater bus for our girls trip to see Pink in London. Mark our driver decorated our bus with Pink bunting and faces which was a lovely touch. He is an excellent driver who considers the comforts and needs of his passengers. Thank you Mark and Pete’s Airlink
Perhaps instead of abandoning your fleet of ancient minibus’ / coaches on the A31 a proper premises should be bought to store them in… that coupled with endless reviews of rude / aggressive drivers clearly show everyone should avoid this company!!
Excellent service, had 2 mini buses for my daughters wedding. Buses were clean and tidy drivers had a good positive attitude. Fantastic day throughout, will certainly use Pete's Airlink again.
Excellent Service provided by office staff. Driver was professional, friendly and helpful. Vehicle was clean and all in good order. Will definitely use the company again for our smaller trips and will definitely recommend to others. Avoid at all costs. Have previously witnessed dangerous driving by these drivers in the Portsmouth area and today was no different. The driver in cosham 63 plate purposely cut across 3 lanes of traffic causing an accident behind. He drove in the left hand bus lane to cut traffic and cut across 3 lanes at the last minute without looking, the black micra behind had no choice but to brake, unfortunately the ford behind couldn’t stop in time. I have read other reviews on here and this company is clearly aware there is an issue and they have done nothing to stop it. The drivers mistake today could be put down to lack of awareness due to his age well over 70 yet I don’t buy it, he knew what he was doing, and has done it before. This company should not be allowed to transport people let alone be on the road, it’s not safe at all. Footage of today has been sent and photos taken of the driver disappearing.
