Used contactless, took around a minute to authenticate, got the message “transaction cancelled” on the screen then a voice said “you have not been charged” and then my phone pings showing a 50p charge! Using coins from now on. Rip off.
I have to say it’s a bit mean giving these guys 1 star, used their air machine, worked fine for me, glad I did as one of my tires was down to 8psi!!

FRAUD.. This company address has posed as royal mail and taken money from my bank account. Please be aware of emails and txt mesgs from royal mail. My bank is looking into it.

Took my money and didn't work. Customer services don't answer the email provided by the petrol station. If I could it would be less than 1 *
Dreadful company, unreliable machines, extremely long winded process to get your money back. Over 1 week later and still no refund. This company is out to scam its customers. Reported to trading standards.
I used air pressure machine in the shell petrol station, this is the company for it. NOT fraud for me
