It's a shame that the two young males driver and passenger in a liveried AIMS HOMECARE CAR decided to park in a disabled car parking space in Lidl Dorking tonight 5th December 2023. No blue badge just sat there playing with their phones. Were they AIMS HOMECARE employees - probably not - perhaps the car was 'borrowed' from a parent who works for the company? If they were employees then disgraceful behaviour and they should know better working in the care industry.
Really good company to work for worked here for over 5 years
After my mum getting diagnosed with the brain disease PSP very suddenly, I was panicking thinking that I might have to get someone in to help. AIMs were assigned to us via the NHS when my mum left hospital after a broken hip and arm. When this period was due to finish, we decided we needed extra help and continued on with their help. I can say that I’ve been so impressed with the level of care and the also the assistance from their main office. Danielle has been fantastic and helped me arrange visits for when I am working and dealt with any changes to the schedule promptly without any mistakes. Gives me such peace of mind. My mums two regular carers, Denise and Louise are brilliant. Lovely to my mum and chat away with her. It’s not just about what they physically need, but they really seem to care. I would highly recommend AIMS to anyone looking for care for a loved one.
Aims Homecare supported me in the company when I first started. I am now the registered manager and I am proud to be the manager of such kind and caring staff.
