Bought a little trailer for my quad from them in 2017, use it almost daily and it's still going strong, it was excellent value and well made, i bought new wheels for it in 2019 and again now, Oct 2022 and have always found this company very helpful with quick delivery. Will be buying from them again when this trailer gives up the ghost. Since 2017 i've gone through 3 quads but still got the same little trailer - it's carried fallen tree's/dry stone walling/logs/fencing/tons of gravel/sand/soil - if it collapsed tomorrow it owes me nothing :-

Placed a order with them.ordered said despatched by 24 hour courier still waiting 7 days later,terrible service.
Ordered some electric fence posts, and that's where the issues started. I did actually receive the goods after a week and a half but communication from this company is abysmal..I contacted them through their online chat, by email, and through the website enquiry form with no reply over a period of ten days. You can't speak to anyone as their answer phone tells you you are ringing out of hours and had facility to leave a voicemail. I actually started a dispute via PayPal and still no response of any kind from the company. Unfortunately this would put me off ordering from the in future. I've spent the last ten days wondering if I'd ordered from a fake website. A little communication would go a very long way. A real shame as they have good stock selection which is very reasonably priced.
Possibly the worst company I have come across, Unfortunately a friend recommended them, placed an order on the Friday and selected next day delivery, I was expecting the delivery no later than Tuesday, Tuesday passed and I hadn’t received tracking information or dispatch email so I chased them up, they told me it was out for delivery that day Wednesday and blamed the Royal Mail strikes even though they were being delivered via DHL. still nothing.Phoned them relentlessly Thursday with no answer, I emailed, Facebook messages and tried to live chat on their website with no response. I needed the goods next day as had work booked in on Thursday and needed the materials. Finally got the delivery a week after ordering and clearly stated next day but wasn’t posted till the Wednesday. Avoid this company at all cost. Don’t understand how they are still in business. I still have had no response from them.
Ordered an item for next working day delivery and a week later still no item. Zero communication from company so no idea what's going on... An update would be great!
Absolutely dreadful company. Bought a wheelbarrow which did not arrive in time, I doubt it was even in stock when they took my order. When I asked for a refund they became extremely threatening, stating they had reported me to ebay and were getting my account suspended. I wouldn't risk buying anything from them. I ended up getting a refund via ebay. AVOID!!!
agri supply are the best company i have used in years! i ordered fencing and it came really quickly, very good quality fencing.
What a great service. The mirrors on the Catterpillar Shovel/Loader were broken and genuine parts are £160 a piece. The last one fell apart in 3 weeks. I purchased a pair of mirrors and they fit a treat and are excellent and I could buy 4 for one genuine We shall be back for more items
Very very slow to deliver it took over 2 weeks to deliver the trailer I ordered and several phone calls and emails the trailer delivered wasn't the one pictured, they have since sent extra parts for the trailer to rectify some of the issues. The new part turned up late with no fixings and the holes don't even line up to connect it. Save your self the time and money and buy else where.
