Used AG Cars Ltd. on 12th July 2014. I booked three executive car journeys on line for the same day. My driver for the day was Ahmed who was driving a very smart black Mercedes which was immaculately clean in and outside. not a hint of smoke that lots of cars have! It was vital that the car should arrive for me at exactly the times I requested which I was very worried about. Ahmed never let me down once! He was there dead on time for every trip. He was a extremely nice and courteous man who opened the car door for you. I felt very comfortable and at ease to be driven by Ahmed and would never hesitate to use this service in the future. It make such a nice change not to be let down by an executive car company that has so often happened to me. Thank you very much for the totally reliable service that made my day go so smoothly!
I experienced awful service with AG Cars. They did not show up after I'd booked the taxi, despite the fact I'd emailed to confirm that I definitely still wanted the car and also confirmed by phone call the day before where AG Cars confirmed they were still coming and also that they knew where to go. We were left in the middle of no where for 1 hour and a half, they only showed up then because we repeatedly phoned them and had to beg them to show up. Apparently their policy is to not show up if they don't hear from you to confirm about 1 hr-45 mins before. Not great if, like me, your in the middle of no where and have no phone reception. Also not great when you'd already phoned them to confirm the day before anyway! I found them to be very unprofessional and unreliable. I would not recommend that people use them.
Our party highly recommends AG cars. We arrived August 14 on a rainy afternoon near Victoria it took the cab just 15 mintues to reach us .Not so. are AG cars full of London knowledge, but the driver kept a smile and a sense of humor the whole time. He open doors for us put our luggage in ever time we used this company I would reckon that this is the best cab company in New Malden with no exaggeration
Appalling. His was the first time now last using this company. I pre booked 2 days in advance for a 6.15am collection. I had a text confirming the time. I travel a lot and know the airport journey time and time at the airport well enough to know exactly how long is needed to get there, assuming your taxi turns up! First call after ten mins late I was told the booked time was 6:30 and when I pointed out I had a text confirming 6.15 I was told it was an error in the booking but someone would be there in ten mins. Ten mins later no taxi. Called again to be told so the first time was clearly a lie That no one had been booked so they had called a local firm to send a car. Half an hour I waited but of course by then the traffic was ten times worse than it would have been 30 mins earlier. Ultimately I nearly missed my flight and had to beg my way through security to make it just in time for boarding with literally no time to spare. I had never ever had a no show or 30 minutes late. Safe to say I would never ever use them again or recommend them to anyone.
Recieved very poor service. Moving out of my flat, order a taxi telling them that. They firstly have to phone me back to tell me the quote. not too bad so far, I can live with that They quote me a figure, taxi shows up on time, but driver waits until everything is in the car and I've posted the keys to tell me that because of my bags he has to charge me an extra 6 pounds. Disgraceful way of doing business. This was my first and last time dealing with this cab company.
feedback wise, your driver was excellent. Really nice guy, the right side of conversational, knew where he was going. Top notch. If all your drivers are like that you'll get a good reputation as a company.
Horrible company! Not to be trusted! Con artists! Lie to you on the phone to keep you waiting! And to top it all off when we called to complain about waiting an hour he argued on the phone blaming us and being awfully rude! This company is not to be trusted awful service and needs to learn how to speak to people! By the way all the good reviews on here about the company are fake its from the company !
Terrible company. They promise and they never come. If it was just once i wouldn't bother or write here but happened at least 5 times. Pre booking and they sometimes send text confirmation but forget that, they only come to get you if they dont have any easier job. Worst company i have ever experienced, avoid from it.
If I could give minus stars I would! They tried to charge us £10 to go 0.8 mile. And tried to say we went 2.2 miles. From BBQ Beverley way new Malden to new Malden library is 0.8 miles he was very unprofessional on the phone I will not be going to this company in future I shall be using orbital cars from now on
Good firm, clear communication, able to work with me when problems arose. Special mention to Waqar who was instrumental in working through a booking mix-up outside of his control. Thanks!
