Thank you for the impeccable service. It’s hard finding a good mechanical service nowadays that you can trust to service your car. I would highly recommend AFJ to anyone who needs trustworthy, reliable and distinct service.

I am a business owner of 25 years and still going strong. Running a business involving customer services aswell as getting the work done is absolutely vital. I needed work doing to my car which was an on going problem for quite some time so i came across this company after doing some research online. First of all I must say customer service was atrocious. Ignored as I turned up for at least 10 minutes before actually being served by a bald man. I was assured that my issue was solved and I paid the price given and left. Later on that day the issue I had happened again so I went back the following day to address this them, they were very aggressive and was adamant that the problem was solved but I showed them the issue that I had and they agreed that the issue was still there BUT blamed it on me and the way I drive. Disgusting. They did not resolve the issue, they refused to sort the problem out as it's 'not our liability' said the one guy. Once money has been given to them they just don't care. They do not know how to run a business. They are poor. Absolutely poor. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE AVOID!!!! I don't know why they have so many 5 star reviews, possibly asking family members and friends to post them? Who knows? But the recent reviews really goes to show what the company is really about.
