Only 1 star because there’s no option for zero. Customer service and communication from these jokers has been utterly appalling. Ordered a trolley for next day delivery, didn’t turn up, DPD tracking showed it still in Glasgow. Finally replied to my email 4 or 5 days later fair enough it had been a weekend, all though they open weekends to say they need to “investigate”. I asked for a refund as it had now been 5 days and it hadn’t turned up which they agreed to. 6 weeks on and I’m still waiting for the refund. Fobbed off by some useless waste of air called Scott at every communication. How hard can it be. Order a product and it doesn’t turn up, agree to give a refund……then just give the refund! You know it never arrived with me as DPD have admitted their mistake and tracking details show it still with them. Why make customers wait so long?! I’d rather give up golf than order from these morons again
Hello everyone,nnVery disappointed by both Affordable Golf and Cobra.nReceived the clubs that were all 6 clubs but one damaged. Many back and forth with the company that ended with the fact that I had to send back the set and I would have to pay for the transport back. This is unacceptable as that would make the deal worst for no fault of my own.nSince there was no other option and I had comps coming which was the purpose of the buy, I started playing the set wich is rather good.nThe one star is really aimed at the poor service from both Cobra and Affordable Golf.nnI do not recommend!
Got fitted a few months ago for new set of irons with Aaron, went back today today to get a set of wedges to compliment my game. Got Aaron again to custom fit. I have to say Aaron is very knowledgeable on what I needed. First class service from him, an asset to affordable golf
Great experience with all of the Affordable Golf team across the EK my local, online and Hillington store covering all my questions & everything from trade ins, clubs including customs & grips, bags, trolleys and so on. Shout to Kenny here who’s been nothing but brilliant either on the phone or when in the store. Thanks so much
Initial fitting was great and the rep managed to sort me with some some suitable irons, unfortunately when I went to pick them up they realised they had ordered right handed clubs instead of left mistakes happennI was told they would need to speak to Titleist on Monday and would aim to fix the issue as quickly as possible.nI decided to phone up the next day to see if I could get a refund for the order but there was some confusion when I spoke to someone in store around who’s responsibility it was manufacturers or affordable golf’s, I did explain that the rep had already taken accountability but the person I was speaking to couldn’t confirm that on the phone call which was frustrating. That has now been resolved but their internal systems could maybe do with an upgrade as it is not always going to be possible to speak to the relevant person.nI spoke to the rep again today who was also able to confirm that I would be due a refund as the clubs were faulty on delivery, but when I spoke to other employees the previous day no one was able to give me a clear answer on this which again was a little frustrating. I said the t’s and c’s state that if customer custom fit clubs are faulty on arrival that a refund can be given. The person I spoke to yesterday said it was a ‘grey area’ if right handed as opposed to left handed would be considered faulty.nRecommendation to the company as well, ensure your Google links call the right store as I don’t think all the links are currently correct.
