Aerial Allsorts

This studio used to be fabulous. Unfortunately the current director has pushed out all of the wonderful staff who made the place what it was. They are refusing to refund customers and pay their former instructors. I am genuinely disappointed to see such a wonderful place going to waste. Highly recommend going to literally any other studio. Anywhere. Travel for days if you have to.

I've edited my 5 star rating to 1 as due to the events of the past month, I don't feel that my previous review still stands and I can't find a way to delete completely. This studio used to be fantastic and I was a regular but then suddenly the studio was locked without warning for weeks, classes and lessons completely cancelled without notice - and now there is new management and none of the original staff remain. refunds have been given grudingly to some (myself included), for missed classes and personal lessons, but not to others. The showcase for which some put in many hours of practice, is now cancelled and the range of classes on offer seems very much smaller than it was, with unfamiliar trainers. All in all, I am going to avoid from now on.

I’ve lost all confidence in Aerial Allsorts as a result of being locked out of the studio without notice for several weeks, having classes cancelled for no good reason, an unjustifiable delay in refunds and the excuses that kept on coming from the owner. If you're thinking of trying aerial or pole fitness in Plymouth, go to one of the other fabulous studios: Pole Power, the Fantastic Flying Circus, the Art of Dance or Aerial Asylum. Oh, and the new directors aren’t beyond sending threatening Facebook private messages. Classy.

Totally lost faith in this place. Used to be amazing when Emma and Becky were there. Once they got pushed out, the studio was closed with no notice to students causing everyone to miss a lot of pre paid classes. The director is now heavily delaying people's refunds and feeding us many lies in the process. Ridiculous.

Such a great atmosphere and community spirit whilst getting fit and having fun at the same time in this amazing aerial playground of a studio. The classes are great fun and relaxed but you still feel like you're getting a good workout. There is something for everyone from aerial hoop, silks, chains, sling, pole or stretching. I love it here.
