Bought some calipers of there ebay store. They came rusted and a piston had a small dent plus one of the bleed valve caps came off and they were a week late, then when I went to complain they said they could offer 15% refund well I can get a brand new set of aftermarket ones for almost half the price these were ment to be rebuilt like new but the condition was terrible then when i said no I want my money back they took 3-4 days to send a return label then I went to check they sent my money back they took of £10 I'm now waiting to see what for. Please don't buy from these people
I discovered this local supplier as I live nearby in Eastern Green. Purchased two rear calipers with electronic parking brake and fitted myself along with a full brake fluid flush. Seems fine so far. Good price and nice person to deal with person from Blackpool.
Terrible company. Ordered a caliper and paid extra for next day delivery. Still not received it. Emailed them a couple of times asking for a refund of the extra delivery cost as they did not provide the service paid for and they refused. Tried numerous times to contact them by phone but they don't bother answering it. I will be trying to contact them for a full refund.

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Remanufactured calipers arrived with rusty pistons. The picture of the caliper on their website does not accurately represent what they sell and they admitted that they use a generic image. The description does not warn you about this. When I queried the rusty pistons customer services just kept telling me that the calipers would still work. I returned the order on the basis that what I received was not what was advertised. They are now ignoring my email request for a full refund including both initial and return postage.
Bad services the website says the item would fit my car got sent out and did not fit had to wait for a refund finally got it and they short changed me i paid £78 i only got £65 back rang them up they had deducted shipping off me twice now have to wait for one of those to be refunded and i dont get my shipping costs back so the £4.99 they charge for shipping they took £5.99 off me for it says it has the vat in so i lose the vat i paid and the shipping and i had to pay £8 to send the item back to them also , i wouldnt recomend buying parts off these seem very dodgy and one argumentative women on the phone
Ordered a new part for my car and after finishing the order i realised i had ordered the wrong thing. After some communication with their team, they quickly changed the order at no extra cost and no additional delivery time. Item arrived quickly and well packaged.
Ordered a full suspension arm kit at some daft time of night on the 6th of March arrived on the 8th of March. Spoke with a lady from customer service who answered my questions quickly and precisely, nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Packed very well and delivered when stated, will definitely be ordering from them again in the near future. Keep up the good work a customer service.
Don't honour warranty. Bought a windscreen washer pump via ebay in May, it worked till November then failed. Was and still is advertised as 2 year warranty. Contacted them via ebay, responded that after 7 months on the car it could be due to wear and tear & the warranty only covers manufacture faults, not wear and tear. So as soon as you fit a part, it's not covered. Offered a discount on a replacement. No thanks. I'll be shopping elsewhere and recommend you do the same.
I really bent over backwards to avoid giving this review- I even offered to rebuild the new calipers they supplied me if they'd just send me a seal kit. Here's what happened. I bought a set of rear calipers for my Merc from them. Upon fitting, the inner pistons wouldn't move until I switched on the engine/ servo assist. Within a couple of months I noticed the inner pads wearing badly. I contacted advantage auto parts and they immediately began blaming fluid contamination etc etc. Eventually I managed to win the argument and I returned the calipers at my cost, paid them £40 for another pair which was then refunded when I posted the faulty ones back. By the looks of other reviews I was lucky to get a replacement set at all. Less than a year later and the same thing happened to the replacement pair. This time I was forced to attempt an emergency repair as I needed the car for a long trip the next day. Upon blowing the pistons out with compressed air i discovered RUST between the hydraulic seal and the dust boot on the outer edge of the bore on both calipers inner pistons, in other words a manufacturing issue because brake fluid is not present in that portion of the bore. Apparently there's nothing that can be done because the warranty won't cover manufacturing defects on calipers less than a year old?! All I wanted was a seal kit so I could repair the calipers and use plenty of silicone grease to prevent the rust recurring but they wouldn't even help with that. In short avoid this company. They sell substandard parts with no meaningful warranty.
