I have been their customer for now good 12 years. It has been wonderful with them. These days despite difficult times they are quite accommodating. If I get stuck in traffic and come late for the appointment they are quite flexible. Manager is friendly and courteous. His deals are straightforward and follows company policies. Stylist is quite polite and courteous and knows her job well. All in all I enjoy going there to have my hair done.
I had a hair consultation with Advanced Hair Studio and I found the manager very understanding, professional and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my own personal circumstances have stopped me going ahead with the treatment, which I will take up I am sure at a later date. There is no pressure to buy the treatments straight away unlike other hair companies I have been to. A very lovely man, and I hope to start treatment soon.
Please be very careful before believing their claims to regrow hair. My husband spent approximately £2000 on laser services in the clinic and another £1000 for a helmet that stimulates hair growth at home. None of these treatments have worked and honestly we have been mislead into what their services could achieve. We had very little expectation from the service other than we requested that the level of hair remaining be maintained. Even this hasn’t happened and since starting the treatment my husband has lost a significant amount of hair. Utterly disappointed and please do look at a better clinic with better reviews. We have gone to a clinic in Leicester where the owner has told us that advanced hair studio con people into getting laser and when it doesn’t work, they sell the wig as they are desperate. Con artists!

Be warned this company are con artists as many other reviewers have mentioned. Once they have your money they dont give a dam. I have probably spent near £3000 and my hair is worse then when I started. The information they provided can be researched yourself and wish I had done that. They are an absolute joke of a company and even openly admit most of the celebrity photos you see are fake results. Do Not trust them and avoid.
A Studio of self-interested salesmen I bought a laser hair treatment in 2012 after noticing my hair becoming progressively thinner whilst at University. At the time I was simply happy to be doing something about my hairline but with hindsight I can see how badly I was conned. After being 'scare mongered' into paying for £2500 for the treatment which did not include the entire set of medications I attended a laser session once a week. Although I saw improvement upon completion, I have given Advanced Hair a 1* review for the following reasons: I was not informed I would need to continue buying minoxidil in order to keep the laser hair treatment results. They discredited any other brands and asked £40 for their monthly supply that's £30 more than the nearest competitor. I was continually pressured to extend the treatment despite the results leveling out. After completion I was asked if I wanted to get a hair transplant in Turkey for £3000. I refused the 'under the table' request and after researching found he was going to make a £1000 recommendation bonus My final issue was the studios refusal to provide me with photos of my treatment. I have called, emailed and only heard back after I displayed 'interest' in buying a treatment. In conclusion - Do your research and try a different clinic. If your looking for a laser hair treatment, don't bother with a clinic, get a laser hair comb, 6 months Kirkland minoxidil, biotin vitamins and see if it works for you
Do not trust AHS bcz they are only interested in yr money. it's a big scam, most of the treatments doesn't work. They give you fake promises to get yr money. I was with them for 16 months and my hair is same when u started. I lost my money. I lost £1900.now they asking more money. Manager suki don't won't to listen my complain. Very very bad hair clinic, very poor management.
Cannot fault AHS Birmingham, have been going there since 1994, First class caring attentive service, personal and very friendly. The units they provide are expensive however the finished look and the confidence you get when you leave is second to none. Some of the comments describe the product as a wig! Believe me if your looking at solving any hair loss insecurity by purchasing a 'wig' then forget AHS because your just fooling yourself at a cheap fix. Quality hair product, quality aftercare.
Went to have a consultation with AHS. Was put off by the guy wearing a wig but trying sell me the treatment. He was trying to pass it off as something that grew out of his scalp! Clearly not. After having returned from the consultation and doing further research I'm glad I didn't part with my money. Going to embrace going bald!
Nick Beddis is an extremely helpful person who is very knowledgeable. Still early days on the treatment side to say how thing's are going, but I can'y speak highly enough of the Birmingham studio staffPositivePunctuality, Professionalism
