Have been using this company for many years and always been happy with the service I asked them to come and look at noisy boiler and hot water temp fluctuating. they diagnosed the pump and returned a couple of days later to fit it but when asked about the fluctuating water temperature the engineer said that that was another problem which he denied any knowledge of when it was reported to him directly and twice to his office when  when the problem first reported.
he left without carrying out any repairs and told us that he would order the other part and the office would contact us to make a new appointment. I rang and complained to the office regarding the fact that they had not come fully prepared and lack of full fault diagnoses, they told me that they would ring me back later that day which they did only to tell me that they where unable to meet my expectations and therefore would not be coming back to repair my boiler and that I would have to fined some one ells to repair it. so left with no hot water or heating for a week until another heating engineer could be found to come out.
very poor customer relations and service would defiantly not recommend this company to any body.

The Engineer called within the time slot arranged, was polite, sorted the problem out quickly, tidied up after he'd finished and gave good sound advice on avoiding potential future problems. The charge was  very resonable. Will use them again. Highly recommended.

Friendly staff. Excellent service. Booked in and the problem fixed the day I called. Definitely recommend this company.

I have just had superb service from this Advanced Gas Services. After having several quotes from other Gas companies, whose quotes were basic and did not cover current legislation. AVG's however was comprehensive and accurate. I accepted the quote and the new boiler was fitted soon after, even when unexpected complications happened they just got on with it and never moaned. The whole company is an inspiration in this world of being fleeced by rogues. Thank you Paul AGS.
