I just received my two art pieces! They arrived quickly and in perfect condition! I purchased the white stag and a chicken bowl. They are both beautiful and I love the story behind the white stag! Julia was so responsive and helpful with my purchase inquiry. She then shipped my beautiful diorama extremely promptly and it survived it's transatlantic journey safe and sound due to highly professional packing. I am also thrilled to say the diorama is even more delightful than it looked on the website.
I adore Julia’s work. It’s quirky, skillful, delightful and always raises s smile. I’ve a passion for pottery, slipware and folk art and I now am the proud owner of three of her wonderful pieces. It’s great to see them being “born” too with the videos she posts on her Instagram page. I am definitely a huge fan and I think you will be too.
Julia’s pottery is beautifully crafted and decorated. It has a vintage yet timeless feel. She draws inspiration from the best of the 18th, 19th and 20th centuries, as well as her own Czech heritage and European sensibility. This combined with her unique creativity and attention to detail makes for pieces of artwork that are a beautiful focal point in any home.
My fav ‘special’ present is anything from Julia at Oranmore. A commissioned bowl for a wedding couple, a wonderful mermaid dish for pals who live on Orkney and a wee lion candle stick for myself amongst other things. Buy local. Support local. Highly recommend.
I found Julia on Instagram and was blown away by her creativity! I bought a lovely lidded jar depicting Noah’s ark in sgraffito, it arrived quickly and was even better in real life. If you want something unique this is the place to buy from. Beautiful things here!
Julia’s candlesticks and plates are whimsical, beautiful and joyous. Her wonderful spirit is contained in her creations and it’s been such a pleasure getting to know her.
Fabulous and original designed ceramics from Julia. I have a tiger bowl and an owl. If you like one of her pieces she will customise it for you.
I bought a lion on a plinth. He is gorgeous. Easy ordering. Great packing. Fast delivery. 100% recommend. He is just lovely.
