Ordered online on a Sunday, delivered by midday on Tuesday. So true to their next working day promise. Excellent choice, good price, well packaged, can't fault the service. Recommended.
Just ordered my second battery from Advanced Battery's Had a leisure battery several months ago which is better than expected and was very good value. Cant understand why other people leave bad reviews because they let their battery go flat. Callum is super helpful. I just ordered a car battery and immediately realised I'd ordered the wrong battery terminals wrong way around. After a quick call he refunded and got me the correct battery. Brilliant service. Definitely buy with confidence and take the negative reviews with a pinch of salt. The battery arrived the day after I ordered it. Fully charged and when fitted was 100% good.
Ordered a heavy duty bosch battery for my Mercedes. Arrived next day excellent I thought. Fitted it and car ran great for 12 months. Then it began to have small niggling problems until nothing. Problem diagnosed by Mercedes as being a faulty battery loosing it's power. Cost me £450 for diagnostic. 3hrs £200 for battery and fitting. Plus the initial outlay for the ABS battery £135. So yes their batteries are cheap. Their delivery is great. But unfortunately the products are hit and miss.
"A great outcome & customer service from Andy & the team." Advanced Battery Supplies continues to be my recommendation for Batterys. Have been given good advise & they tested my current battery which I bought from them 2Yrs ago. It had stopped holding its charge as normal, was going dead after only a few Wk's. On prior occasions using exactly the same charge time etc it was holding the charge. I'd recharge the battery overnight, even using the reconditioning cycle & it was just getting worse & worse, going flat quicker & quicker. They are charging & testing my existing battery professionally. Hence I am 'presently satisfied' with their support. Opted to purchase a new one from them. So far so good It's all of course about the outcome. I have previously recommended Advanced Battery Supplies to friends & family, hopefully I can continue to. I will be updating this post accordingly.
I purchased a leisure battery a while ago which to the average novice is a complex minefield to navigate. So many options, each with their own pros and cons and that’s before cost consideration. Having settled on an AGM option at the higher end of my budget I felt secure in my choice. Unfortunately after minimal use I encountered a problem. I’d previously read some negative comments on here and expected a battle when I contacted the company for advice. I could not have been further from the truth. Andy gave expert advice and reassurance and after doing some home diagnostics he confirmed that a manufacturer defect was the likely cause and dispatched a new battery without quibble. Hats off to him. A credit to the company too. Thank you
I ordered a new leisure battery on the 18th of July and it was delivered next day by a courier. I was able to track the order and it was delivered on time. I was really happy with the price I paid, as for the quality of the battery only time will tell but it looks well constructed. I would recommend Advanced Battery Supplies for their competitive prices and fast delivery, well done.

These guys are fantastic. Spoke to Andy for advice about replacing my leisure battery. It was brilliant talking to someone that knew their 'stuff', gave me honest advice, incredibly patient and helpful. Andy went above and beyond. I learnt more in 5 mins after talking with Andy than weeks of talking to 'standard motor and battery' dealers. I knew i had to purchase my battery from these guys. Again Andy went above and beyond with delivery. If you need anything battery wise TALK TO THESE GUYS. I will use these guys again no doubt.
Good price and a great service. Battery was well packed and arrived on time, with plenty of notice from the delivery service. I had to exchange my first battery, no fault of Advanced and I received a credit within a few working days. Great!
