Brilliant - Booked a return flight Taxi and was in the early hours of the morning, long after their normal hours of work.  It was nice to walk out of the airport doors and our taxi arrived dead on time as agreed 00.15hrs.  The weather was attrocious and freezing so it was a relief that the Advanced Mini Cab was there bang on time.  We also received a text to say the taxi had been dispatched prior to pick up and that was really reassuring.  Cannot recommend enough as they keep their promises.  Thank you so much Advanced Mini Cabs and "yes" will recommend and most definatly use you again.

Booked a return journey to the Sun Inn at Everton. Got dropped off OK, rang the office shortly after arrival to change the time of the return journey, no problem he said. Got a text message 25 mins after the new time to say taxi outside, it wasn't. Rang the mobile on the text message but just rang out. Rang the office, no reply. Spent the next 30 mins ringing both numbers, no replies. Had to ring a friend to come and pick us up.

What an amazing new business, I rang these as a last hope wen I was stuck in town during the bad weather, there was no one in my location but I told them how freezing I was n the boss came n picked me up, I had been waiting an hour n half before I rang them n didn’t know wat I was going to do.
I used them again n got a scouser, he’s so entertaining, u wud pay just for him to drive u around, so funny.
Thanx again Advance cabs, ur definately a new business I wud use again!!! 😇

Booked a taxi for 5 past 10. 2 of their taxis drove past me. When I phoned to ask why my taxi hadn't arrived and explained 2 had drove post me the member of staff basically called me a lier. When I told them I wouldn't use them anymore my taxi turned up within 5 minutes. The driver was then speeding to get me home. 60 in a 30!!! Not only speeding but putting both our lives at risk 

Won't be using them again!!!!
