REFUSING BLIND MAN TRAVEL is not acceptable in the UK sort your bloody selves out and hire hard english working people who know the law. Driver was so late that I missed my pre paid train. When I called the office to enquire the whereabouts of my driver the girl who answered sounded asleep and uninterested in the fact that my taxi was already 10 mins overdue. Would not use again as way too unreliable

Telephoned for a taxi. Miserable person answered the phone. It sounded a real effort to book me a taxi, there didn't bother. Booked with Wigston Taxis instead. Very helpful, polite lady.

BOOOO! Your driver refused a BLIND MAN because he had his guide dog with him! your driver has broken the law! how could he just drive away? I hope he actually sues him, do you know how ridiculous it would sound in court if a white man protested his innocence because he said that angels were scared of dogs? (the real reason Muslims are fearful of dogs). The driver paints an awful impression of your company. Disgusting!
