I recently used ADM Residential to purchase a property, and in all honesty my review cannot express the level of service I was given from start to finish. These ladies are amazing, every little concern I had was dealt with quickly and efficiently. I felt like I was there only client which obviously I wasn't but I was made to feel valued and secure ........ nothing was too much trouble for them. I did not anticipate such a high standard of one to one assistance and support from an estate agents. In my opinion these ladies weren't just performing their duties they were going above and beyond. Thank you Sarah and Alethea for making the stressful ordeal of buying a house a positive and enjoyable experience.
Alethea and the team were helpful throughout the sale of my flat. E mails and queries were answered without delay. The whole process was smooth from start to finish. I would highly recommend ADM residential and would definitely use them again to sell a property.
I value professionalism, kindness, positivity and hard work in all of my dealings and truly believe this should be the minimum offered by firms in all industries. ADM don’t just meet these criteria, they exceed it. I have recently sold my flat through ADM Residential and will be moving into a new build. I came across ADM Residential when I examined Rightmove to see who had previous experience of selling flats within the complex. I saw that ADM Residential had recently sold one very similar to mine which was STC and contacted Alethea Mahil and asked her to come round and give me a valuation. This has proven to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. Alethea was enthusiastic, positive, honest and very professional when she first came to value my flat. I instantly knew that I could trust her and her firm to deal with the sale. Importantly, she fairly valued the flat higher than any other Estate Agent. Other estate agents had low balled the valuation and told me I would be lucky to get their valuation, however, Alethea, with her knowledge of the flat complex and the market, was confident that she could secure the price. Althea was also by far the most competitive with her fee as well. The photos and profile of my flat taken for their website, Rightmove etc were brilliant and were done quickly & efficiently. The flat was put on the market in no time. I had plenty of viewers and was given feedback on each person who came to view the property. Alethea’s valuation and assessment was proven to be correct after three days of the flat being on the market and was sold for the asking price by a lovely couple. The conveyancing process has proven to be rather challenging. The buyer’s solicitor has been exceptionally frustrating and difficult to deal with for both myself and the buyers. He has thrown in constant blocks and irrelevant repeatedly raised queries on a very tight deadline. I can safely say if it wasn’t for the work Sarah Swales who has been in charge of the management of the sale, I would have cracked under the pressure weeks ago. Sarah has gone above and beyond and is an absolute star. She has been fantastic as she has had to deal with complete nonsense and has been a constant reassuring presence every single time, I picked up the phone. She has chased various parties constantly on my behalf, updating me and getting the answers so we could meet the deadline. If it wasn’t for Sarah, I think I would have lost the purchase of my new build. I cannot thank Sarah, Alethea and Danielle enough for the hard work that they have put into this. I have already recommended ADM Residential to my family and I am happy to report that once again they have managed to sell a property within days of it going to the market. I would highly recommend ADM to anyone and can safely say you will not be disappointed.
I have bought several properties for buy to let through ADM and have to say after dealing with some of the bigger agencies in Huddersfield they are the outstanding agent when it comes to service. Efficeint and tenacious in following up and chasing through the sales, and most importantly they seem to care, a rarity for estate agents! On a personal note I also sold my own property within 4 days with the help of Aleatha, Danielle and Sarah at a great price. Many thanks and keep up the good work.
Helpful and friendly. My emails and enquiries were answered quickly. The online property advertisement was very good, nice photos of the house, and you get a good range of online estate portals for advertising your house. ADM also has an estate agent building were they can drop in and advertise your house. You get web access were you can login and view booked property viewings. ADM gave me confidence when selling my house. The fees were good compared to other estate agents.
Nice easy quick service, found a buyer very quickly. Kept well informed along the way. Nice people to deal with no problems at all. Excellent service highly recommend. Thanks to everyone at ADM
We used ADM to sell our house and I'm so glad we did! We definitely made the right decision! The whole team were so helpful and nothing was ever too much trouble. I would 100% recommend ADM to anyone who is thinking of selling. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!
I recently used ADM Residential to sell my end terrace I had renovated. ADM were well priced, but I received full service. Easy to communicate with and always responsive, everything went smoothly. On viewing Alethea advised me to paint the fireplace white, made it look a lot better, id never thought to do it myself. Received offer of full asking price twice in first 3 weeks of listing. Sale completed 2 weeks ago, would use again.
