My partner recommended ADM since they'd decorated his dads house a few years ago. I did ask other decorators to come round to the flat but I received a proper quote from David detailing everything that I'd asked for. They painted our large living room, bathroom, all of the bedrooms and wallpapered the hall all to an exceptionally high standard. The paper we chose was very expensive so I wanted someone who knew what they were doing as it's an old Victorian town house conversion with very high ceilings. We are very pleased with the work and can highly recommend ADM.
Mixed review Must be noted that we were not on site whilst we employed David to paint the interior of our house, putting a huge amount of trust in him. positives: Paint job was ‘fair’, for that we are grateful. David always returned our calls and was readily available to talk to. Negatives: Job not finished on time. Rarely made to feel like a priority, as david was always on other jobs over the 5 weeks it took to complete. Very messy, still removing paint stains from brand new bathroom floor and wall tiles, wooden floors and newly installed parquet flooring.
Dave and his staff did an excellent job painting the inside and outside of my new lodge on Loch Lomond. When I made a visit to check on the progress of the work I was very impressed with the professionalsim and work ethic of the men. The place looks nothing short of spectacular now and I am 100% satisfied with the results. Thank you so much!
Dave arrived to assess work to be carried out, spending some time doing so. Promised to provide a quote. Despite several phone calls and texts for the quote, didn't get a response. Very unprofessional.
cowboy at best after 18 days work still not actually done any plastering. and what he has done is awful. lots of excuses - requested plastering job - took deposit and ran - stopped responding to calls text and email. Just did a disappearing act. Seemed high end contractor in view of website but just not the case. Again did not turn up today or did actual job. - not qualified. had expert in who has started job and almost finished in first day. new guy stated he was unqualified using polybond and cement instead of plaster as requested. Just because you have a trowl and bucket doesnt make you qualified obviously. Beware scam in effect all seems professional many visits little or no work. Found a professional plasterer who carried out actula plastering i requested in half a morning final job excellent. he also commented on fact that if i ask for plastering thats what i should get - he commented that the polybonding cement is for smaller areas. As per usual adm just plenty of excuses. 4 witnesses in property that adm firm did not show up - obviously not qualified and scared to start job. £100.00 deposit was paid as of when you attended evidence to show this so no more excuses it is a scam. took another professional firm 1 morning to do job effectively where your firm failed in over 2 weeks contact. AND THE NEW FIRM ACTUALLY PLASTERED LIKE I REQUESTED. WONDERFUL FINAL JOB.
Fantastic job! Arrived on time and finished when they said they would. Work was done to a very high standard and communication throughout was excellent. Recommend to anyone.
