I want to leave a review for the Adeyfield Post Office. I have a business where I regularly send parcels all over the world. Mr Rishik is patient, kind and helpful. He treats everything professionally and is so helpful with difficult parcels that need special insurance etc. The guys who work there are all brilliant. I honestly never thought I would write a review for a Post Office but at Adeyfield they are exceptional. It’s a pleasure to go there. Any service at the post office Mr. Rishik is the guy.
The experience was really nice. The staff members were efficient and quick in servicing people. The post office has some amazing sun glasses to shop and much more. Overall good experience.
Believed they would be helpful in renewing my passport. How wrong could I be. I arrive at counter and 1st ask about renewi g passport, girl looked to colleague as had no idea. Colleague pointed to envelop for paper renew. I then read leaflet were it states can have a check and send and they can do for me. So returned to counter. Enquired and cashier pointed to photo booth and told to get photos done. Once done returned to desk. Then told I'd done wrong photos. And said he'd told me to get photos with number above. Sadly he didn't. When I told him he was very unhelpful he replied, I told you etc. Just appalling customer service. Worst ever for a post office
Had a great help from Ann and her colleague in replacing the driving licence. Everything completed in a couple of minutes and received the new one in less than a week.
Went in post office today in Adeyfield, and although the staff were extremely busy and working flat out, I was greeted with 2 very polite and cheerful people, well done to them , and i thought theyRimp and Rishineeded a special mention.
I have had a very pleasant experience in this post office. It has some very amazing stuff displayed. In such heat the staff was so friendly and patiently answered all my queries. Rimp was so helpful and even guided to me to the right item which I was looking to purchase for myself. Overall an amazing experience by far.
I needed my photo driving licence renewed my local post office in harpenden could not do it so I had to travel further afield. Couldn't of been easier. I was served by Ann who made sure photo was right before sending it off. What lovely friendly staff and a quick service. Easy free parking. Will certainly visit again.

I have never had soooooo many parcels lost by the same post office. Awful service. I'd rather walk thousands of miles, then shipping another parcel with you.
