Didn't show on first appointment, with no call. Later went on to charge me £500 and not fix my boiler. Installing parts that probably never needed fitting. Diagnosis seemed to be guess work. Please avoid at all costs

Water was dripping through the kitchen ceiling on a Saturday morning! Having had some dubious experiences with plumbers in the past we already knew whom to avoid. Would this one be any different? Two young men appeared at the front door. Brownie points were awarded immediately when one of them took off his shoes before going upstairs to investigate the matter. The cause of the leak was identified as being behind some wooden panelling. It had to be removed. The noises were alarming but we need not have worried, the panels were being removed carefully and then equally carefully replaced. Within an hour the job was done. To our delight, necessary and unavoidable collateral damage was minimal and will be easy to make good.  

Polite, efficient and maybe not the cheapest but then you get what you pay for. The bottom line is that but we can recommend Adept for providing a polite and efficient craftsmen like service and will use them again.

Poor driving skills!! Beware other road users.

Overtake on blind bridges and then cut up cyclists forcing them off the road!!

Just had Stuart and Adept install a new Worcester boiler and Wave Internet controller. Very good service and value. I didn't realise how long and involved a job it was, but they got it done efficiently, including needing to replace some of the gas pipes for the boiler. The quality of the installation seems very good to my untrained eye too!

Would definitely use again.
