recently visited Adelphi Dental clinic, and I had an excellent experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was warm and welcoming. The clinic was clean and modern, which put me at ease. The dentist, Dr. Alex, was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything in detail. They made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire procedure. The attention to patient care was truly impressive.
Mr Wong provides excellent service and he is really knowledgeable. Good prices and the student patient scheme really helps. The reception staff is great and welcoming. Thank you!
Today I had an appointment for 11:30. I arrived 20 minutes early and at the reception one of the receptionists asked me the details. After I gave her my details, she invited me to take a seat in the waiting room, telling me that she would notify the dentist. 20 minutes passed after 11:30, patients arrived who were taken over by nurses immediately and I was still waiting. After an hour of waiting I dared to ask the reception if they had any idea how long I have to wait, at that moment one of the receptionists raised her voice to me saying "you didn't even inform us that you were here", I polite answer that, an hour ago I arrived, the other receptionist next to her took all my details and invited me to take a seat. Then the person who registered me apologized, telling me that she clicked on another patient. She told me that she would notify the doctor immediately and then offered to serve me a tea or a coffee. I refused, telling her that I was waiting for the dentist to see me. I waited another 25 minutes during which time other patients came and were taken over immediately and then I couldn't resist any longer and left telling them that I couldn't wait any longer. I lost 1 hour and a half just because those receptionists don't know how to do their job. I have been their patient in the past and I knew that they don't have an ok staff at the reception, but I said to try again, believing that things have changed. I do not recommend this dentistry and I will never go there again.
Ahmed has been my dentist for a number of years and he is always very calm and chilled, which really helps to settle any nerves I might have. He is very patient and always takes time to fully explain treatment options. The reception staff and nurses are also lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adelphi.
Great dentist, always explains and makes you feel comfortable. Fitted me on for emergency appointment as well.
Went in for some teeth whitening and was very happy with the service! Ahmed took my impressions and the whole process was nice and smooth! Looking forward to finally getting my teeth white again! can’t recommend Adelphi enough!
I visited the dental practice and was seen initially by a dentist I don’t have names sorry then was further seen by the dental hygienist. Both absolutely fantastic, the hygienist being my personal favourite. She was incredibly lovely, reassuring and made me feel better about the procedure even though I kept being a pain and moving!. My teeth look and feel amazing, overall very, very happy with service provided by everyone including the reception team as they were all just so lovely!
Was lied to by the dentist there. I had an infected wisdom tooth that they said was impossible to remove without a second appointment to get x-rays etc bare in mind each appointment costs roughly £60. They cleaned the tooth and prescribed me antibiotics which my doctor already said wouldn't help and sent me on my way. Went to the UCLAN dental surgery, got an appointment within 2 weeks, had the xrays and tooth pulled out in less than 20 minutes SAME DAY FOR FREE. If they try to get you to book another appointment or otherwise delay whatever treatment you need, it's purely out of greed my speculation.
Had RCT with Dr Sarwar from start to finish it was pain free. All the staff are fantastic from the greating from the lovely reception staff to the friendly nurses. Dr Sarwar explained everything so I knew what was going on Would highly recommend
so happy with my experience at ADELPHI couldnt recommend enough! calm, well santised practice environment with the loveliest group of staff that make you feel warm and welcome for your appointment, Shaheen the hygienist was amazing with me, she was always checking if im okay and comfortable whilst having my treatment done, she is really lovely funny lady who has TOTALLY brought my confidence, and my smile back in time for christmas!!! : so happy!! shaheen has made my whole year x thanks guys!!!! :
