I’ve used this car wash for the last 5 years of living in Leeds. A few weeks ago, I went and the result was amazing as always and £15! Today I’ve been, the car is still dirty. Where the door handles are, still dirty, wheel trims, dirty. My boot wasn’t even hoovered out and I was charged £18. Mind boggled. The inside of my car took way less time than it usually does and it’s just not clean. Disappointed really. On the plus side the staff are extra friendly.
Been coming here for years to the point of where the main guy used to ask where is been etc if he’d not seen me in a while and used to recommend to everyone. However now the service is so shoddy. Never used to be a problem getting in for an interior valet however now when they’re busy they’ve started turning people away for interior AFTER they’ve had the exterior cleaned. Meaning I have to go elsewhere for the to pay again for an interior and exterior clean. Not to mention my car was still covered in soap which has dropped all over my car and left it streaky. Absolute waste of time and money

I cant leave a no star review because it wont let me. I collected my car at 445 on weds 13/3 after a full valet and today, 1318 on fri 15/3 I still cant use the car properly because the interior is still saturated!!!! To just run errands we are having to sit on thick plastic bags or we look like we have wet ourselves. DONT USE THEM FOR A FULL VALET!!!!!!!! Today is mon 18/3 and the car is still wet!!!!! And this is after my hubby spent 1.5 hour in there with a hair dryer on saturday. The car smells terrible because its been wet for that long and, I am a Leeds City Council Licensed Private Hire driver and the council have suspended my licence because of the seats so this fiasco is costing me even more now!!! I was actually off last week when this happened but I should be back at work now but I wouldnt actually dare let a fare paying customer sit on those seats anyway Tues 19/3. Your response it ridiculous. You know very well that I spoke to you yesterday when your manager rand you, when I took the car back, still saturated on day 5, and you completely fobbed me off and told me the same as your manager, the car takes 1 full day to dry. Wednesday to monday is 5 days!!!!! Thanks for nothing!!!! Fri 22/3. Day 9!!!!! The car still smells foul!! It has been wet for so long that the damp smell is really taking hold, even though the car is now dry and parked with the windows open whenever it isnt raining. I have to take it back to LCC on monday for another inspection and if I dont get my licence back because of the car you will be hearing from a solicitor!!!!! So please feel free to tell me again how it takes '1 full day to dry'. That took 7 days, but what about the smell. You never mentioned the smell!!!!!!! Are you going to fob me off again about the smell?? Weds 27/3. Day 14!!!! We thought the car had finally dried on Sat 23/3, oh how wrong we were!! After online advice re removing the smell I bought baking soda, which we put down for 15 minutes as instructed. The car not being as dry as it seemed the baking soda just drew out water that wasnt on the surface, the baking soda now wont come out so the car is having to be re-valeted by someone who actually knows what they are doing. This £60 valet has so far cost me around £1500 in lost earnings!!! If you had just offered me my money back this would have been a lot less costly for you than its going to be now!!! Look out for the solicitors letter
The staff are really efficient and friendly and the prices are very cheap compared to their excellent service, so I recommend you to go because it is the best place to wash your cars.
The only place I will get my car washed. First class job washing inside and out, makes it feel like a new car every time. Recommend them to everyone!

Excellent team, friendly staff, listen to requests and do an all round amazing job. It is not often I do not wash my own car, but at times if I have long journeys or have left it longer than usual these guys never fail to make my wheel look just like new again. 100% the best.
