Only been there twice and they were unhelpful and owner's son was in fact very rude. So much for customer service!

Great local locksmith. Very helpful and friendly, excellent product knowledge and a speedy service, even when I took my old and worn 7-lever mortise lock and they speedily rebuilt it with a more reliable and less wear-prone 5-lever pack for less than the cost of buying a new lock.
