AVOID! Staff left a mess in our home, used our towels and tea towels to mop up, helped themselves to drinks without cleaning up, left screws lying around including in the toilet (!?). Phoned the office to complain, staff denied it all, even when presented with photographs. Got jobsworth attitude from manager, Carl, who had a melt down and hung up. Very unprofessional.

Found ADCO Chester Gas-Heating-Plumbing-Retail on Nest approved installer website as a recommended installer. Call out was planned well in advance and to suit my convenience. Engineer showed up on the day well in time and was professional and polite. Overall top rated company and would recommend this to friend and family.

Having used them before I know they are passionate about gas engineering. Very professional team. Great communications on social media or telephone. Engineer arrived on time. He was very friendly and got on with the service. Its good value for money. Card payments accepted, emailed me a receipt and posted certificate and invoice for records. Definitely would use again.

How refreshing, no hard sale just friendly and professional advice/service, and no hidden costs. Thanks to Anthony and Kieron for the quick quote and fit of our new boiler, great guys who were on time and did a clean and tidy job. Would definitely recommend and use this company again.
