My review on this company is a poor & bad experience while working here as a female. You can not grow nor adapt your skills and knowledge to move forward.nI have met numerous people still working in same position after 20 years of service. Most men play a dominant role here to take control in every field to see whos incharge of this organisation. Even though it's a family run business, they have no emphty in customer care or building relationships. For instance:n1 Response times are always frequently slow when following up an inquiry.”n2 Inappropriate tone is used when communicating over a phone or verbally in a room and can be uneasy, leaving negative negotiated experience.n3 They put customers on hold for far too long and often fail to follow up with customers as promised when taking orders.n4 They dont rely heavily on macros / scripted responses, which leads to unsettled arguments with customers and service provider.n5 They dont express enough emphty on responses nor build future relationships with new customers.n6 I handled a lot of upset customers and complaints while working here and some of the cases are escalated unnecessaryn7 Knowledge of products are lacking as agents don't know if products are in store or not when taking wholesale order.n8 This company is inconsistent in documenting Customer interaction and tend to make promises they can't keep even when take ownership of customers problems.n9 They Don't seek feedback from customers.n10 Communication level within teams and departments are poor.
One stop shop for all your catering needs. I have been using Adams Food Service for the past 5 years in my SME and a I can honestly say hand on heart I have always had the best service good bunch of people. Best prices and if the price is better anywhere else they have always price matched or gave me a better price. Big shout out to Gilly and the team. They are in with the times as they have the Adams App which makes life so much easier for ordering. 5stars for Adams
Signed up once3 years ago since that 3 years keep receiving promotional sms. GDPR breaches. This is against the law. I spoke to store manager and called the head office many times. But no luck. Take my number off your bloody database.
A long wait to get in then they unload me another 30 min wait for paperwork then they said it was for their Leeds warehouse address on paperwork was where I was think they were trying it on
Feels like a holiday abroad every time I go there. Sitting for hours without a worry in the world. You can be there for ages and no one bothers you. No one asks you “why are you here”nPlus, every toilet has a jug you can use to drink some water if you like.
