Great service and delivery but just cannot get my deposit back despite emails promising to send a cheque.  Why they can't pay by bank transfer I have no idea.  Collected items on 15th July and it's now 18th August - well past the 10 day agreement.

Good service but takes ages to get your deposit back. Even if there are no damages or losses they hang on to the money for 10  working not calendar days after  you returned everything.

Excellent service from start to finish and very competitive. The staff advised us on our requirements and they were spot on!  Can not find fault, will definitely be using again.
