Shambles of a company! Car had gone in for repair through insurance, the work is not 100% but i thought whatever. The thing i didnt expect was for the interior to be damaged from themselves whilst it was in for body repairs. They have used a valeting company to clean it even though i never asked for it and it was clean when it went in, to only then be handed over to me with all the dye from the leather wheel missing as they have used a strong cleaner to do so.nI contacted them about it and they are denying it as well as saying they wont fix it. Photos below show the before and after which in their words are both the same amount of damage. Trading standards are being informed
Had dealings with my old car when dealing with my insurance. All interactions they where great and I formative. Didn't end up doing work on my car as it was classed as a total loss. But AD Williams where great!
Disappointed to have to give a poor review but after collecting my wife's car after an insurance repair, upon inspection as it was throwing it down with rain when collected, noticed an imperfection on the newly painted front bumper approx 1-2cm long. Called many times but didn't get an answer so emailed directly and not heard anything back. This was about three weeks ago now. For this reason I can't recommend this bodyshop as there seems to be a serious lack of customer service and aftercare.
This is the second time our insurance company has insisted on us using this company.We had a rear end shunt causing damage to the rear bumper and tailgate. A new replacement bumper was fitted but had two visible marks and gouges. Repair to the tailgate is very poor. I put a straight level across and it bulges out about 3mm and looks visibly bad. Paint doesn't match original colour and there is overspray on the bumpers where it has not been masked off properly. Car delivered back with faulty sensors. Refused to sign the form and was assured car would be taken back and repairs would be rectified. It's been over 4 weeks now and I have not heard anything from them. I have had to get independent company to look into the sensor repairs. I honestly don't know how they call themselves accident repair specialists. All they specialise in is devaluing your car with their shoddy work. Would have been better off getting Noddy and Big ears to fix it. My advice is if you're insurance company wants to send your vehicle here refuse.
Our car was repaired by this outfit as this is where the insurance company said it had to go. Firstly, when they collected it they drove it to their premises adding miles to the click and using our fuel. I was told it would take 7-10 days The very next morning we had a call at 8am to say the car was ready. Very strange that the day before it was going to take another 5days?. When it was returned, it was, again, driven to our home, more miles., more fuel. Would definitely not recommend them10 days. I emailed after 8days as I needed to know when I could have it back. I received a reply saying that it would be ready the following week, making a total of 14 days. However, the very next morning at 8am we received a call to say it was ready. Very strange considering that a few hours before it was going to be another five days! Again it was returned by driving it here, more miles, more fuel. Would not recommend this outfit. The right hand doesn't seem to know what the left is doing!
