I had a gait analysis today and I can't recommend it enough, I've suffered from knee pain when running for a few years. I've had a basic gait analysis to buy running shoes before but Active Potential offer a much more in depth detailed analysis and provide a training plan and techniques to correct your running. I've already been on a run since my analysis today putting the techniques in to practice and already noticing an improvement in my knee pain. I will be going back and will be recommending to everyone I know!
