Ordered a cab for 12:15, at 12:35 call them to ask Where's the cab and the woman says it was there already... when asked her how could it happen she started being rude and hangs up. Avoid! Completely useless

I'll start with the positives.... Now they're out of the way, I book 12 taxis a week so you could say I'm a regular! I used this firm for 2 weeks, in which time I was forgotten about on 4 occasions all together, stuck at work is everyone's dream I'm sure. 15-20 minutes late every morning, on the few occasions the base staff remembered to send a taxi to pick me up from work they were also 15-20 minutes late. Gave them the benefit of the doubt because the drivers and one of the base staff are lovely, the drivers always show me that the base staff have just sent the job and it's out of their control (tonight my driver got the job 12 minutes after the time I booked it). One of the base staff are rude and in all honesty about as bright as a broken bulb, overall if you want to speak to someone rude who has no idea how to tell the time then this is the place to go, same as I'm sure if you want to buy bread you'd go to a mechanic

very rude staff... seriously the owners need to re evaluate... lady who claims she is manager is rude n in my eyes a bully... my wife witnessed her belittling her colleague very loudly n rudely as she struggled typing as quick..... never mind change name... change ur staff.... customer services is key in this sort of business

One of the drivers (driver 1) claimed to have no change when I arrived at my destination which was to have a wisdom tooth removed at my dentist (which he knew as I had told him on the journey) He said not to worry and just to call once my appointment was finished and he would come to collect me..I did this and was told there was no taxi available..I explained what I was told and an extremely rude operator basically told me that I was lying..I told her the driver number and she hung up..I rang back very irate and was again spoken too quite rudely and told to come to the office if I wanted my money back..This driver took £10 when my fare was only £3.60...This in my opinion is theft and by a supposed registered driver..I spoke to the police and this was to no avail..I trusted this driver and hoped he was an honest and genuine person..but in fact this was not the case and he was a thief..please don't use Adams Cabs..there are other ranks in Doncasterthat may be late and rude...but probably wouldn't steal..Adams Cabs are a disgrace and I tell everybody this story as I feel they take advantage and as a single woman who uses taxis regularly..this company is not a place I would recommend...
