This is my local pool, I go at least 3 or 4 times a week, There is an issue with some selfish people leaving clothing in cubicles thus not enabling disabled persons to use the larger cubicles, sometimes there is talc etc on changing room floors, but cleaners can't attend 24 hours a day because of selfish customers who have no thought for others p,us staff. The staff are all lovely and I think personally it is a great place to have a swim, very relaxing and extremely safe
This place has everything you could ever possibly dream of for the whole entiŕe family. The kids really enjoyed the climbing adventure experience.
The grandchildren had loads of fun, there is a climbing adventure for the older children and adults if you feel brave enough and soft play for the younger ones. Limited menu at the cafe but it was all cooked well and arrived quickly. Will be going again! Wasn't too busy at the 11.30 slot.
Soft play party. Given 2 as the food and venue is good, but based on the fact could have paid the same for another play centre and it be less stressful I give it a 2. Staff were confused when we arrived, we had exclusive use of the soft play but kept on having kids from the climbing area next door go come into the soft play bit. Food choice for kids was limited to pizza and chips, nothing else. No real atmosphere or excitement for the birthday boy from staff, just seemed to be minimal effort and run by kids with no desire to be there. I could have paid the same for another venue with exclusive use which we had hired before but we just wanted a change, there we would have got better atmosphere, passionate staff, more range of food choice, music, party bags, tableware and and table cloths inckudes.. I wouldn't book a party there again personally. It wasn't bad, my kid had a great time, but could have got better elsewhere.
Although the kids have fun and the place is great the staff let this place down, it's hard to get served for any type of drink or food and can take a while to get what you order, the staff can be very rude but if you can look past this then the kids will love it.
