Myself and my wife had our first eye tests at Arrowsmiths yesterday after years at high street chain opticians, The appointments at Arrowsmiths were a revelation, So thorough, so detailed, everything was explained clearly and nothing was too much trouble. When it came time to choose some new glasses, there was no high pressure sales push just good friendly advice when you needed it, the staff were so, so friendly and professional. This opticians is an example of customer service that is done right. Would I recommend Arrowsmiths to others, most definitely.

Should’ve gone to Arrowsmiths!  I’ve taken my pensioner relative to the major chains for years - where we’ve been rushed in, rushed out and accepted this as the way things are done. I switched my relative to Arrowsmiths two years ago and she and I couldn’t be happier - we should have moved years ago. Aaliyah is an asset to the team and is wonderful with my relative. Joe is a true gentleman, has the patience of a saint and has a wonderful sense of humor to put the patient at ease. Quality customer service is hard to come by these days and at Arrowsmiths the whole team are great.

I recieved person centred care from the staff on the 22nd of April.The thorough eye test was done by Georgia.l felt respected and valued .

Excellent service, Joe was extremely patient and kind as was the staff. The eye examination was thorough and Joe was very reassuring in his manner and professionalism. I would certainly recommend his optician practice to anyone needing an eye test.

I have used "Chain" opticians for years but always felt that their service was rushed and the opticians couldn't do a proper job. My partner and I both went to Arrowsmith Eyecare and couldn't believe the difference. Everybody was keen to ensure that everything was done properly. There was no rush and every step of the eye test was explained. Prices were extremely reasonable and after sales service was faultless.

Very nice & patient optician my daughters wore glasses for years & it's only when you change opticians following your gut instinct is it that there's so much more to a eye test than my kid had ever had + so glad I did because she has 2 problems with her Vision now So glad I changed av got a little more hope for her outlook in the future

What an amazing visit, the reception staff were soo lovely and friendly, and a beautiful shop!! Mr Arrowsmith the optition was fantastic, from meeting him to the end of the appointment. I can't praise him enough  he made me feel comfortable throughout the visit!!

The staff are extremely professional I can't find anything negative to say about my visit. I would definitely recommend this opticians if I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Would like to thank all the team at Arrowsmith Opticians and especially Joe, highly recommend, excellent customer service. I live on the Isles of Scilly and due to the Covid restrictions our opticians is closed till further notice. Which left me in a pickle, frames broken, no chance in repair. I contacted the makers of my frames but they only supply to the opticians.  Then I found Arrowsmith, top notch customer service, especially at this difficult time. No problem to send me out a new frame, then called to apologise about delay which I was fine with as its understandable and gave me instructions over the phone on using a hairdryer to change the lenses.  Joe is a really upbeat friendly chap.  Compliments slip with best wishes and notes and even up graded the postage for me. Thank you so much, it's taken a while for me to write a review as I was moving house.  P.S.  Joe and family if you ever need a holiday you are more then welcome on the Isles of Scilly. Would be fun to put voice to face over a glass of wine.  Kind regards Chris bates

Best ever optician I have ever visited. Joe is a perfect gentleman and excellent at his job, and a lovely team he works with. I would give 10 stars if that was available.
