Story

Active Corporate enables clients to find where true value lies in their business and the active advice and assistance to realise that value. For each individual client we help them assess their Personal Balance Sheet and guide them to create their Ideal or Dream Personal Balance Sheet. These are made possible by using the Active Corporate Business Review and Planning Process which is a unique process. There are seven levels to work through and this is guided by people who have been there and know what it takes to grow a business and create wealth.

Founded by Iain Morgan, who has personally created and grown businesses, Active Corporate key staff all have similar experiences and are trained in the Active Corporate Business Review and Planning Process.

Active Corporate also help with the hands on assistance of interim management, finding the right finance, tax planning, the standard accountancy compliance requirements and through its associates can provide leadership development, strategic development and marketing management.

We work closely with our clients and act for a broad range of business and personal clients.
