The staff in this shop excel at customer care, and the prices are competitive and the quality of the goods is very high. I popped in yesterday to buy a pair of running shoes, and the gentleman who assisted me really couldn't have been more knowledgeable or helpful. He was willing to talk me through the best shoes for my particular type of feet, and also encouraged me try on many different pairs and sizes at my leisure. At no time did I feel hurried or pressured in any way, in fact I was happy to buy two pairs of running shoes and am very impressed with the whole experience. The people who work here not only respect customers, but they really do care about customer needs and I highly recommend going there for all your sporting needs. Many thanks to everyone at Active Co!

Unsure of what running shoe I needed, I was totally reasured by the male member of staff who gave me time and explanation as to what shoe was best for me, will I use them again...DEFINITELY very helpful and good knowledge of products. Thank you. 😊
