I’ve used ACS for a couple of property transactions now, one several years ago and one very recently and have been very pleased with the service both times, I’m especially thankful to Claire who went above and beyond to get a slow moving chain moving again! Would definitely use again and would recommend, had a much more positive experience using this local firm then using a larger nationwide one.

My experience with ACS Solicitors has been excellent. They handled my house sale and then two months later a further house purchase. I was kept informed of the proceedings at every occasion and never felt the need get involved or chase things up. The sale and purchase were as stress free as one could imagine, and I cannot recommend this company more highly.

I highly recommend ACS! We sold our house with Dee Cunningham’s help within 2 months! She was very approachable. She chased up third parties without us even needing to ask her to, as ours was not a straight forward sale. She definitely ticked all the boxes for us. We have already requested her services for our new build purchase next year.
Absolutely brilliant. Suzie was so informative throughout the sale and kept us in the loop before stamp duty ended. We had a difficult chain member which caused a few delays but Suzie always got back to me promptly and was such a lovely solicitor. This is the second time we have used them and I wouldn't go elsewhere again.
I have used Dee Cunningham for conveyancing several times. Most recently she has helped me and my fiance purchase our new family home. It has been a long and challenging process due to issues further along the chain. Dee has been absolutely brilliant, patient, and always kept us updated throughout the entire process. Everything on our sale and purchase was ready in a matter of weeks. She is always available via phone and email, and even when not in the office her assistant was always on hand to provide updates. Highly recommended and would not hesitate to use Dee again.
Great service received from Dee Cunningham, who advised me before I went to auction to buy a property and assured me the quick turnaround expected would not be a problem for her. It was my first purchase at auction and I was quite anxious. Both Dee and her assistant Julie Southwell always assured me if I had issues or worries. I will definitely use them again.
I have used Chris twice now when moving house . He is extremely knowledgeable and offers an efficient , quick , responsive and all round excellent service . On the rare occasion that Chris has not been available, I have found his staff helpful and equally diligent in dealing with my particular issue . Definitely a 5 star service and I would strongly recommend this firm if you are selling or buying a house . I would not choose a solicitor based on price but the firms charges were also a pleasant surprise and very reasonable for such excellent service !
